With nearly 18 years at 3-GIS, she brings a perspective that's equal parts designer and engineer, a combination that shapes how her team approaches every product decision. Before stepping fully into UX leadership, Colleen spent years building the very products she now designs for, giving her a firsthand understanding of what truly serves the user.

Andrew Wright - Director of Product Management, 3-GIS

Andrew Wright, Director of Product Management at 3-GIS, leads strategy and development for the company’s telecom product portfolio. With 15 years of GIS experience focused on telecom and fiber networks, Andrew brings a practical understanding of both the product and the customer workflows behind it. His background working directly with 3-GIS customers helps shape product decisions around how teams actually manage, maintain, and use network data.
